The Aggazzotti cream is a reduction of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, prepared only with natural ingredients, free from added caramel and coloring or preserving agents.

Our Cream is a unique product, dense, full, with a dark brown color and an intense but delicate taste.

It’s perfect to garnish any dish, including starters, dessert or fruits plate.
